Observations While Getting Older

  1. I hesitate to kneel down or sit on the floor because the getting back up part is so difficult.
  2. It never fails.  No matter how careful I am while leaving a room of a sleeping child, I will always manage to kick, trip over, step on displace a very loud object.
  3. I feel no obligation to answer the phone unless it’s my husband calling.
  4. I have no problem saying no.
